To process financial transactions and manage subcontractor relationships.

Industry Benchmarking (Aggregated Data)
We use de-identified, aggregated data to create industry benchmark reports.
Anonymization: We remove all direct identifiers (names, specific transaction IDs, company names) before using data for benchmarking.
Usage: This aggregated data helps users compare their performance against industry averages (e.g., "Average subcontractor rates in Region X").
No Exposure: Your specific transaction data is never exposed to other users.
AI & Machine Learning (Internal Environment)
We use third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) models (including OpenAI) to enhance our services, such as automating data entry or generating insights.
Private Environment: We utilize these models via secure APIs inside our own controlled environment.
No Public Training: Your data is NOT used to train the general public models of our third-party AI providers. We do not allow partners like OpenAI to use your data to improve their services for other customers.
Purpose: Data is used solely to train/fine-tune models for use within Controllr or to generate specific outputs for you.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data or share it with marketing partners. We share data only with trusted sub-processors who assist in operating our service.

Your Responsibilities Regarding Third-Party Data

While we primarily serve users in the United States, we do not restrict access by geography.

Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us.
