How it works
Discovery: Set up a call with our team and we’ll decide if we’re a good fit for each other. We’ll learn more about your company, your projects, and your team – and you’ll learn about how we’ll work as partners. Onboarding: We clean up your books so we’re starting from a good foundation. Then will adjust and optimize your financial processes, document the workflows, and get better every day. Daily & Weekly: We’re doing your books daily. Our team pushes your transactions to the correct job and cost code in Quickbooks or in a construction management system like Buildertrend. Monthly & Annually: We reconcile your bank and credit card accounts, create your WIP report, recognize revenue, perform a 20 point quality checklist, meet with you for Q&A and to deliver insights, and prepare your corporate tax returns.
